What the email writer does

Some emails take two minutes. Others take forty, because the tone has to be just right: asking a manager for flexible hours, chasing an unpaid invoice, complaining about a broken order without sounding rude. The email writer turns a few lines of description, or an email you received, into a complete message with a subject line, greeting, body and sign-off.

It runs on Grok 4.20 and uses only the facts you provide. Where a name, a date or an order number is missing, it puts a placeholder such as [date] in brackets rather than inventing one. Before you press send, you fill those in, and nothing in the email claims something you never said.

How to write an email with it

Describe the situation: who you are writing to, what happened and what you need. To answer an email, paste it into the box and add a line underneath about how you want to reply.
Choose the email type. New email, Reply to a pasted email, Follow-up or reminder, Request or ask, or Complaint. A request states what you need, why and by when; a complaint lays out the facts and the outcome you want while staying civil.
Pick a tone: polite and neutral, warm, formal, firm, apologetic, or brief and direct.
Set the length. Short means a handful of sentences, medium a few compact paragraphs, and detailed includes every relevant fact.
Generate. Copy the email into your mail app, regenerate for another version, or continue in the chat to adjust a single line.

Tips for emails that get answers

Say what you want to happen. "I need a replacement, not a refund" or "please confirm by Friday" gives the email a clear purpose and a clear last line.
Firm is not rude. The Firm tone states the request and the deadline without accusations, which tends to work better than anger.
When replying, paste the whole message. The tool is told to answer every question in it, which only works if it can see them all.
Read the subject line twice. It is the part most people see first, and it is easy to sharpen in a few seconds.

Limits and good judgement

You are the sender. Read every email before it goes out. Check names, dates and amounts, and delete anything that does not sound like you.
Not legal advice. For disputes with real stakes, such as a deposit, a contract or a dismissal, the tool can help with wording, but it does not replace a lawyer or a consumer advice service.
Keep private data out. Pasted emails travel through our server and OpenRouter to xAI so the reply can be written. Remove account numbers, health details and anything confidential first.
